The web-portal constantly manages pages on politics, society, economy, laws and regulations, arts and culture, taxi, summary of articles, sports, and advertisements. The taxi page published articles of civil journalism to showcase diverse viewpoints of the public.Shuud MN website was founded by journalist and PR specialist Boldkhuyag. S. He pursued to establish a modern news agency based on his experience in press media and media communications. However, around five years ago he sold the channel and the web portal to one of the leading corporations of Mongolia, MCS Holding. Further, MCS Holding changed its plans sold Shuud TV channel and Shuud MN website to Mongol Mass Media Group. Around five years ago, Mr. Saruul. G bought 100 percent ownership of the web portal and put it into his company Interactive Media Co Ltd. Saruul. G has a major in economics and information technology. Currently the website is reported to have single ownership status.
