Information regarding the company’s investors and shareholders are not available to the public. An informal source suggested that some part of the company is currently owned by Tseepil B. She holds a major in journalism. Also, she used to work as a Senior Referent at the Media and Public Relations Department of the Cabinet Secretariat of the Government, and was [promoted as head of the Department in December 2012](http://www.mnb.mn/i/41115).She used to be the main media representative during the Government of Prime Ministers Altankhuyag N and Saikhanbileg Ch, both belong to the Democratic Party (DP). In July 2016, Tseepil B was relieved from these duties after the Mongolian People’s Party won the parliamentarian elections. At present, she works as the Director of the Development Democracy NGO, an organization that promotes human rights and freedom in Mongolia, with the mission to nurture democratic society, economy, and politics appropriate for Mongolia. The NGO organizes roundtable discussion and trainings, and maintains an open online archive with public access.
